about
A song about decadence, vice and depression living in atomic and dead world
lyrics
Tu no eres el mismo de ayer,
yo me estoy perdiendo otra vez.
Sirenas suenan detras de mi,
violencia sin un principio ni un fin.
Decias que perderias el control,
luchabas contra toda represion.
Los buitres vendiendo felicidad,
los cerdos mantienen orden social,
nos han quitado la dignidad
a toda la escena marguinal.
Bailamos para poder olvidar
que a muerto... a muerto esta ciudad
A muerto a muerto esta ciudad!...
Las armas son las que mandan aqui,
el miedo no te permite vivir
quisieras tener forma de escapar,
que entiendan la idea detras del disfraz.
Estamos ahogandonos en alcohol,
el vicio como forma de expresion.
A muerto a muerto esta ciudad!...

I have a thing for post punk bands of this style and I think you will like Ciern if you enjoy Arctic Flowers, Artefact, Burning Kitchen, Crimson Scarlet, Dead Cult, Infinite Void, Ostavka, Vanna Inget, Whispering Sons and Siouxsie & the Banshees (but louder.) Art Fin

A bit on the punkier side of post-punk, with a sharp electronic edge. Vocals are recessed, which I generally like. While fast and precise (En las ..., Eter, Todos ...) it is not mechanical, but rather organic, almost floaty. The slower ballads (Autoexilo) include interesting stereo-effect drum track and shifting harmonies in minor thirds and fourths. Sturm und Drang sung in German is of haunting beauty with fittingly reaching septime towards the end. And it's from Patagonia. How cool! oberoniaomnia

Killer female fronted punk rock with new wave flavors from... Barcelona!
Their label Symphony of Destruction” has some seriously interesting stuff on it, and I’m currently label-surfing down their rabbit hole. Lute FP
Layering guitars and saxes over synths and drum machines, this Oakland duo's darkwave is as melodically potent as it is texturally rich. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 1, 2024
